FOR EVERY PHP1.00 DELIVERY PURCHASE, GET ONE (1) POINT

10,000 POINTS = Php500.00 Quick Delivery digital gift certificate
20,000 POINTS = Php1,100.00 Quick Delivery digital gift certificate
30,000 POINTS = Php2,500.00 Quick Delivery digital gift certificate

To activate your rewards program, simply call us at 2121212, make a purchase from any of our titles and selections, and request to be digitally registered in the program.

REWARD PROGRAM GUIDELINES

1. Rewards are valid for delivery orders only from May 15 to July 15, 2010.
2. Points may be redeemed only upon reaching every 10,000 points, 20,000 points and 30,000 points on the total orders from DVDelivery.com.
3. Rewards are redeemed upon the request of the customer only.
4. The rewards program for each customer begins on the date and time the customer makes an order any of our locations and the customer makes a request to be included in the program.
5. Points are non-transferable.
6. Redemption period is until November 15, 2010.
7. Unclaimed rewards after the redemption period are considered void.
8. The decision of DVDelivery.com Management is final on all issues concerning the delivery rewards program..
