Call Center and DVD Delivery Hours
Our regular call center hours are from 10:00AM to 10:00PM. Not all items may be available at the time the order is made. DVD delivery may be arranged for the following day.
DVD Delivery Areas
We delivery anywhere around Metro Manila. For the full list of areas, call 2121212 or visit www.dvdelivery.com. We also deliver outside our coverage area. Off-area deliveries may be charged a nominal rate depending on the distance traveled by the rider outside the delivery zones.
IN-House and OUT-House Orders
IN-House and OUT-House deliveries are different in the time that it can be delivered. The minimum delivery requirement is Php500 for both IN and OUT house deliveries combined. Delivery times may vary depending on availability.

DVD Delivery Charge
All DVD Deliveries have a standard 10% delivery charge. If the order is above Php1,000, the delivery charge is waived.
Food Orders with your DVDs
The DVDelivery.com website offers popcorn delivery along with select wines and spirits with each delivery order. You may compliment your delivery order by also including food with it. Food deliveries are available at www.quickdelivery.ph.
Below the Minimum Order
Customers may order below the minimum DVD Delivery amount for an additional P65 over and above any standard delivery charges.
Payment Methods
Cash and Credit card payment is accepted upon delivery .
